Systematic approach for glycomics studies & glycan biomarkers discovery

  1. Developed an on-chip ppGalNAc-Ts assay that could rapidly and systematically identify the protein substrates of each ppGalNAc-T (Proteomics, 2017), then identified the glycosylated sites and studied the functions of O-GalNAc glycosylation on nucleocytoplasmic protein p53(BBA Gen Subj, 2020).


  2. Synthesized a new kind of Disulfide- and terminal alkyne-functionalized magnetic silica particles for enrichment of azido glycopeptides via click chemistry and dithiothreitol treatment(Molecules, 2013; Chem Commun, 2012)
